1. Who we are
This online store is run by VOUCLAY London (“VOUCLAY”, “we”, “us”), based in London, United Kingdom. Business address: 46 Beamount Court Road, London, E10 7ES, United Kingdom. Email: vouclaylondon@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
2. Our products
Our bracelets are made of stainless steel with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish. They are fashion jewellery, not solid gold or solid silver. Sizes, weight and materials are shown on each product page. We do our best to show colours accurately, but they can look slightly different on your screen. The finish can wear over time, especially with water, perfume and daily friction; see the care advice on the product page.
3. Prices, offers and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if any, and all discounts are shown before you pay. Offers apply only during the dates and under the conditions shown on the website and in the cart, and cannot be combined unless stated. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout; we do not see or store your full card details.
4. Your order and our contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order for a good reason, such as an item being unavailable, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, we will refund everything you have paid.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs, estimated times and tracking are explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 7. Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for losses related to any business use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Use of this website
The text, photos, graphics and design on this website belong to VOUCLAY or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Some product and lifestyle images are illustrative.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes or extreme weather. If this happens, we will let you know and, if the delay is long, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this website when you placed it.
12. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first at vouclaylondon@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it quickly.
