VOUCLAY London (“VOUCLAY”, “we”, “us”) runs this online store. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, place an order or contact us, how we use it and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 1. What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: name, postal address, email address and phone number.
- Order details: products bought, amounts paid, order history and the information needed to deliver, return or refund an order.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers at checkout. We receive confirmation of payment, but not your full card details.
- Messages: what you tell us when you email us.
- Device and browsing data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use it and our legal basis
- To process, deliver, return and refund your orders — performance of a contract.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints — performance of a contract or legitimate interests.
- To keep records for tax and accounting — legal obligation.
- To protect our store and prevent fraud — legitimate interests.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it — consent for non-essential cookies, where required.
- To send you marketing emails — consent, or our legitimate interests for similar products if you have bought from us, as allowed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by emailing us.

We keep order and accounting records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes. We keep messages for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
