Returns and refunds

30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Email us first at vouclaylondon@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. The cost of sending a change-of-mind return is paid by you.

Your legal rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us as soon as you can with a photo and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any delivery costs. You won't need to pay to send it back.

Refunds. Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when it's done.

Offers and pair prices. Bracelets bought together with an offer (such as buy one, get one FREE) or at a pair price are refunded together: return both bracelets for a full refund of what you paid. If you return only one, the bracelet you keep is charged at its regular price of £24.99, so the refund is what you paid minus £24.99. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
